MereFans.com requires that all content providers who permit third-party users ("content providers" or "models") to upload or generate content, including real-time or live-streaming content, establish clear and legally binding agreements with each content provider. This requirement ensures that all parties involved adhere to the platform's standards, legal requirements, and ethical obligations.

To comply with this policy, content providers must have a written agreement with each content provider or model prior to their participation on the platform. Content providers are required to submit a copy of this type of document during the review process. This copy refers to a draft or template of the agreement that content providers or models are required to sign or electronically agree to; it does not require content providers to submit individual agreements entered into with each content provider or model.

Requirements for the Content Provider Agreement

The content provider agreement must explicitly include the following provisions:

Prohibition of Illegal or Non-Compliant Activity
The agreement must strictly prohibit any activities that are illegal or that violate MereFans.com’s Standards.

Written Consent Requirements
The content provider must obtain and maintain on record written consent from all individuals depicted in their content. This consent must cover the following specific areas:

• Consent to Depict: Agreement from all persons depicted in the content to be featured.
• Consent to Distribute: Approval for public distribution of the content and for uploading it to the content provider’s website.
• Consent for Downloads: If the content will be made available for downloading by other users, explicit consent for such downloads must also be obtained.

Verification of Identity and Age
The content provider is responsible for verifying the identity and age of all individuals depicted in their content to ensure that all persons are adults under applicable laws. The content provider must maintain supporting documentation verifying this information and be able to provide it upon request.

Failure to comply with these requirements will result in action by MereFans.com, including but not limited to suspension or termination of the content provider’s ability to operate on the platform. By implementing these measures, MereFans.com strives to foster a safe, legal, and respectful environment for all users and participants.
